Here are some common signs of a sleeping disorder occurring:
- Having troubles falling asleep, usually Insomnia, or staying asleep is a common syndrome of a sleeping problem. If you find you wake up a couple of hours after you sleep then you could definitely have insomnia.
- If you are experiencing loud snoring, difficulty breathing, morning headaches and extreme fatigue then you might be experiencing a very common sleeping disorder called sleep apnea.
- Troubles staying awake or falling asleep suddenly without recalling any past events can usually be described as narcolepsy.
- If you feel worn out, stressed, and can’t relax then you might have a sleep anxiety problem.
