Restless leg syndrome is a rare disorder that is characterized by a strong desire to move ones legs while they are a rest or sleeping. The desire and urge to move ones leg will be the most at night or while they are resting. As you can except this can cause major sleeping problems for some people who have this sleeping disorder.
